Enjoy a fun evening with friends as try your hand at making fresh pasta while enjoying delicious wines poured by sommelier Daniel Pernice. Chef Orellana and pasta maker Lorena will conduct a hands-on pasta making demonstration so be ready to roll up your sleeves and join in! After learning the ins and outs of pasta, sit down and enjoy a 3-course chef-prepared meal, straight from Roswell's Osteria Mattone.
